Daisy's Dream also advises professionals including GPs, teachers, social workers, health visitors and nurses and anyone else working with or concerned about a grieving child. Daisy’s Dream needs £195,000 every year to operate the service. The Strand raises money for Daisy's dream whenever it can. The main event each year is the Christmas Luxury Hamper Raffle held in the shop each December. The raffle, drawn on Christmas Eve 2010 raised a record £1047.
